The Golden Triangle is the circuit of three cities - Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. All these cities have been an important part of India’s rich history and they have left a permanent imprint on the culture with their beautiful buildings and structures. Delhi is the national capital and full of structures from Mughal and British Era. Jaipur, also called the Pink City, has the monuments of the Rajputana glory. Agra is the hub of the Mughal grandeur exhibiting the Taj Mahal - a tear on the cheek of time.

Day 01/Arrive Delhi

  • We will receive you in Delhi and take you to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure and night at the hotel. 

Day 02/Delhi

  • Have your breakfast and we shall take you sightseeing Old Delhi and New Delhi. These two cities are the melting pot of the traditional and the contemporary way of life. The Red Fort or the Lal Quila is a huge architectural gem with two divisions Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas. The structure was built by the Mughal Emperor for a decade and was completed in 1648. Another historical beauty is the Jama Masjid on the west of Hussainabad Imambara, built by Muhammad Ali Shah. Then we will take you to Raj Ghat - a memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Continue sightseeing with Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, the Diplomatic Enclave and the Lotus Temple. 

Day 3: Delhi – Agra

  • Start with an early morning breakfast and drive to Agra. Agra holds a special place due to the Taj Mahal - A world heritage site and one of the seven wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal was built by Shah Jahan from 1631 to 1648 as a mausoleum in the memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. It is built of a pristine white marble in a Persian architecture influenced by Turkish stoneworks. A mimic structure of Taj Mahal is built beside the monument where the emperor Shah Jahan lived the last days of his life. You can enjoy sightseeing Agra and then stay for the night in the hotel in Agra. 

Day 4: Agra – Jaipur

  • Have your breakfast and drive to Jaipur. On the way, you can visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri was the capital of the great Mughal kingdom in the era of Emperor Akbar’s reign. It has a Buland Darwaza some of the other palaces in the ruins. Later proceed to Jaipur and stay for the night in the hotel in Jaipur. 

Day 5: Jaipur city tour

  • Have breakfast at the hotel and embark on the sightseeing tour. The Amber Fort was built in 1592 by King Man Singh and Sawai Jai Singh. The structure combines the traditional Rajasthani and Mughal architecture in red sandstone and marble. The Pink City has the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and Sheesh Mahal. In the evening, you can enjoy shopping in the bazaars of Jaipur and Rajasthani folk performances. Return to the hotel for the night. 

 

Day 6: Jaipur – Delhi

  • Have breakfast and check-out. Leave for Delhi and as you arrive, check-in at the hotel and stay for the night.

 

Day 07: Departure Delhi

  • Have your breakfast and proceed to the Delhi airport for your further journey.
