"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” - said by a saint.
People globally are attracted to the mysticism that envelops the Great Indian Himalayas. The Himalayas are a different world that sits above the clouds, beyond the green carpets. Just below the snowline are the endless walkways of flowery gardens nurtured by nature’s wildest instincts. Hiking the rugged mountains or strolling through the forests, trekking in the Himalayas is a combination of different activities. In the Western Himalayas, the simpler treks begin from Dhauladhar and Kareri towards, Beas Kund, Deoriatal and Har Ki Doon. Among a bit complex ones are Rupin Pass, Chandernahan, Buran Ghati, Hampta Pass, Chandratal, Pin Parvati, Dodital, Dayara Bugyal, Khirganga, Mantalai, Sarutal, Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers. These trek routes are distributed through Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, covering mainly Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Spiti and Kinnaur. The treks in Leh, Ladakh and Zanskar are some of the most challenging ones and also the most beautiful ones. Through these journeys, people have experienced the wonders of wildlife, in both flora and fauna. Rarest species roam through these ways and bloom in these slopes. Trekking in the Himalayas is the most tranquil and self-grooming activity.
